Has the greatest mind of the last 30 years finally lost his marbles? Worse, did it happen because he read my book, “White Girl Bleed a Lot: The Return of Racial Violence to America and How the Media Ignore it”?
That is what I wondered immediately after reading one of Thomas Sowell’s latest columns that questioned whether are in the midst of a race war. He cited “White Girl Bleed a Lot” as proof positive of an epidemic of unacknowledged racial violence across the country: more than 500 examples in more than 100 cities. All documented. Many on video.
The first time Sowell wrote about “White Girl Bleed a Lot,” he said he had no idea black mob violence was so widespread until he read my book. That was a year ago. Today, I say I had no idea how pervasive the problem was when Sowell said that.
In his second column about “White Girl Bleed a Lot,” Sowell said: “Initial skirmishes in that race war have already begun, and have in fact been going on for some years. But public officials pretend that it is not happening, and the mainstream media seldom publish it at all, except in ways that conceal what is really taking place. …
“Some of these many attacks are covered in detail in a book titled, ‘White Girl Bleed A Lot’ by Colin Flaherty.”

Lafayette and West Lafayette are like two different cities separated by the Wabash. I would have suggested you put her up on the west side of the river (maybe you did).
Ironically, as public universities go, Purdue is comparably conservative (and safe). Think about IU, Ball State, etc. Still, they do have those menacing bridges that facilitate transport over the river.

Exactly. The yuppies are comforted by their suburbs and
easy drives on freeways to work. They know there is trouble in certain parts of the cities and stay away, and so long as those troubles don’t come into their neighborhood they try to ignore the racial component and claim all people should be treated equally. Well, until their neighborhoods are affected, then they scream about it.
Its not a race war yet because only one side is warring. Now when the 70% start to war on the 13% then it will be a war. A short war.
They can’t be everywhere at once can they?

Read his writings and words he says. It is exactly what he wants, as do all liberals, to tear this country down in a “Serves it right!” mentality. Every single black person I have ever known as an adult believes this nation does not have the moral authority to exist as “it was founded on the backs of black salves”. They’ll go along with it as long as they are doing good but if it all came crashing down their inner anger would welcome it.
I have been shocked at some of the well-to-do blacks that thought this way. I knew one black that always preached we nee to stop the racism, stop with the unjustified anger about slavery today, etc. However, when Obama was elected I caught him proclaiming, “Fu***n-A man! Now we’ll get our bloody revolution! Obama is going to kick it all up and all them crackers are going to get what they deserve! Revolution’s coming, man, and they can’t stop us!” I was blown away! I couldn’t believe a guy that makes well into the six figures would say such a thing. He devolved from that statement to even worse statements over the coming months. Right now he has practically driven himself insane chomping at the bit to get that “bloody revolution” going.
Most people are unaware. When a crime happens, it is reported in the local papers, with the races emphasized or suppressed, depending on the race of the perpetrator.
If it is White on Black, the national news services latch on to it, and soon every paper in the country is crowing about it.
If it is Black on White, they deliberately and intentionally ignore it.

Uuuuuh . . . that’s just the ones in uniform, there were a lot civilians killed too.
I don’t think it was Obama’s goal to tear the races apart either.
But his goal WAS to change the racial dynamic in this country to place Caucasians into a decidedly inferior/lesser position. Because the right way in his mind, and a lot of others’ minds, to deal with a ‘oppressor’ is to force that oppressor to be oppressed by the people he was formerly oppressing.
Only once the oppressor is taught, acknowleges and learns from the consequences of oppression can there be a levelling of the playing field.
That’s what white lib professors in undergrad poli sci classes told me, anyways.
This administration plans to move some of ‘its people’ to the calm, crime-free suburbs. This will lead to assaults, rape and murder of innocent blond blue-eyed children who are not at all prepared for the vicious, brutal, race-based attacks that they will receive.
Most parents will react to any assault on their children, and I don’t mean through the ‘criminal justice system.’ Of course the ‘criminal justice system’ will prosecute the parents of the innocent children and leave the feral pond scum alone so they can prey on other innocent blond blue-eyed children.

Obama is DIRECTLY responsible for the race war that is in America today. He has used American blacks in his game. If he can turn our citizens against each other, then martial law comes into effect, the Constitution and Bill of Rights, the court systems, the Congress, all go out the window and he an rule by police and military. It is in the communist game plan. He does not care how many blacks or whites or Hispanics are slaughtered in the war. Just as long as HE wins.
They are winning. They skirmish at will with no pushback.

I am reading the book now...rather depressing.
The big takeaway (apart from the pervasiveness of avoidance behavior by the press) is:
“It didn’t happen.”
“Here is why they did it.”
These are the two things universally seen in liberal discussion of the issue. They usually use one of these two tacks when the event even gets approached as a racial issue.
Head scrachingly enough, there are many liberal commentaries that include both of these approaches to the issue.
How weird and disconnected from reality is THAT?
I buy one new gun for every year O has been in office. Had two to start with. My Colt King Cobra .357 in stainless and an old Browning .22 for plinking, bought those in my 20’s. But I was so sad when I lost them all in a boating accident. :(
I view this dynamic the same way I view accidents involving military aircraft.
Back in the Seventies when I was a jet mechanic in the Navy, I was surprised at the number of aircraft accidents that occurred within my sphere of awareness.
At sea, a plane would go over the side on launch. A plane might leave and never come back. A helicopter goes into the ocean. Heck, I saw four planes crash with my own eyes in just my four years in.
The thing that surprised me was how unaware the country at large was about these things. Unless you lived on a base or in a community surrounding a base or knew someone on that ship, you would never hear about it.
These are crashes where a plane didn’t hit a house or anything like that...it disappeared into a forest, mountains or ocean somewhere.
And I was just one person. Multiply this by the number of military personnel all over the globe, and you get an idea of the scale.
With these types of racially motivated incidents, unless you live in a city, town or locality where it happened, you would never know. The people and those they know who were in the mall or 4th of July celebration where it happened know, as do the friends and families of people hurt and killed, but the rest of the country is oblivious, and it is because the media deliberately suppresses the facts. Those of us who are aware are not saying all black people take part in these things and they don’t all approve, that is a given.
But to hide our heads in the sand is appalling.
And it is because people are concerned they will be branded a racist for pointing out reality. That is extremely disconcerting.
