(Excerpt)
In a warning shot to outside conservative groups, the National Republican Senatorial Committee this week informed a prominent Republican advertising firm that it would not receive any contracts with the campaign committee because of its work with a group that targets incumbent Senate Republicans.
Even more striking, a senior official at the committee called individual Republican Senate campaigns and other party organizations this week and urged them not to hire the firm, Jamestown Associates, in an effort to punish them for working for the Senate Conservatives Fund, a group founded by Jim DeMint, then a South Carolina senator, that is trying to unseat Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, the Republican leader, and some other incumbents up for re-election next year whom it finds insufficiently conservative

Cornyn’s work?
Amnesty and election fraud. The same things the dems depend on.
Let’s not forget what they did to Congressman Col Allen West- re-districted and threw him in a Dem area I believe. Then- wouldn’t help him with the fraud voting going on down in Florida....
The progressive republican knavery was on display in what they did to Allen West.
Joseph Russo @realclearjoe 7h @BDayspring @JimmyPrinceton @seanmdav so what about the reality of murk losing to miller? Why did Nrsc not support goper there?
What we’re up against is the crony capitalists behind the GOPe. They’re the recipients of billions and billions of dollars. They’re not going to walk away from all that loot without a fight. We’re up against a lot of vested interests at the state and local level as well. We need wise, state by state strategies that will involve compromise and coopting these “allies” into our camp for their money and clout.
We’re not going to right the ship in a single election cycle, but we can entrench the right guys in the right places. Eventually, we’ll have to learn how to move legislation with the help of Dems and RINOs.
Yes, lets nominate Joe Miller for US Senate.

from the LA Times
SEATTLE — Now that the mole who helped bring down the leadership of the Alaska Peacemaker Militia has talked publicly, the big question on some minds in Alaska is: Why was federal FBI informant William Fulton involved in political campaigns?
The controversy has erupted over the past few days, as it emerged that Fulton, an Anchorage military surplus store owner who helped gather evidence against militia leader Schaeffer Cox, had helped manage the unsuccessful campaign of right-wing former radio host Eddie Burke for lieutenant governor in 2010. He also provided a controversial security detail for U.S. Senate candidate Joe Miller that year — all while penetrating Alaskas far-right fringes as part of the Cox investigation.
The point being, Joe won the Primary against Lisa, who was then finessed into capturing the AK RAT vote after they re-ran her as Third-party. With *extremely* fraudulent ballot-casting help for them, you didn’t even have to know her name, just a few letters of it, which the poll workers then transcribed into a vote for her.
Yeah, Joe Miller would have been a great addition to the republican party.
“Fulton told jurors he first met Cox at the 2008 state Republican convention. He and Cox were introduced by Fairbanks lawyer Joe Miller and Sarah Palin aide Frank Bailey. That year, Miller had tried unsuccessfully to oust party chairman Randy Ruedrich, saying the party was hobbled by corruption during his tenure. Palin also supported a change in party leadership...
Cox, Barney, 37, and Vernon, 56, are charged with conspiracy to murder federal agents and with violating federal weapons laws for owning or attempting to purchase a machine gun, silencers, hand grenades and other arms.

Would it be asking too much of the tea party/ conservatives to nominate someone with good charcter, an impeccable resume, and good public appearance skills ? (Hint: That would be Ted Cruz, from Princeton (undergrad) and Harvard Law.)
The point, AGAIN, is what the NSRC is willing to do to keep their own, in ANY election in ANY state.
You're smearing Joe Miller with RINO/Democrat cut-and-paste out-of-context nonsense.
Yes, it is, for such an early - 1998 - ‘signup date’.
Joe Walsh was always a better candidate than Kinzinger.
You post as if you don't realize that Miller graduated from West Point(undergrad) and Yale Law and was awarded the Bronze Star for his honorable service during the Persian Gulf War where he served as a platoon leader in combat.
And some day you will believe the lies that will surely come about Cruz like you now believe the lies about Miller.
I just got a mailer looking for donations this week. They will get ther postage paid reply envelope back with the form filled out for $0.
The NRSC pushed Charlie Crist and Arlen Specter. We know how that worked out.
I hope DeMint doesn’t back down and come into Louisville to appear with McC. But if he is for Lindsey, why get excited about McC?
No one knows why Texans like Cornball; it’s an unsolved mystery, and Robert Stack isn’t around to investigate.
Guess who ain’t getting my money!
I have one letter on the way this week with a few choice words in it.
