(Excerpt)
In a warning shot to outside conservative groups, the National Republican Senatorial Committee this week informed a prominent Republican advertising firm that it would not receive any contracts with the campaign committee because of its work with a group that targets incumbent Senate Republicans.
Even more striking, a senior official at the committee called individual Republican Senate campaigns and other party organizations this week and urged them not to hire the firm, Jamestown Associates, in an effort to punish them for working for the Senate Conservatives Fund, a group founded by Jim DeMint, then a South Carolina senator, that is trying to unseat Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, the Republican leader, and some other incumbents up for re-election next year whom it finds insufficiently conservative

As a lifelong Republican this makes it exceptionally easy for me. Anyone the NRSC feels worthy of blackballing MUST obviously be the ones I need to support and vote for.
Wait until the NRSC finds out they have been “blacklisted” by a lot more Americans.
Ah, tis be war then. Real conservative candidates should make it a point to hire this firm whenever and wherever they can.
They know.
I no longer get their incessant mail, phone calls or e mails.
I now give my money to Jim Demint and the
heritage foundation that send 2 emails per day
To GOP everywhere:
Hire Jamestown Associates.
Jamestown Associates.
Thank you.
Morons.
The NRSC is big business - - they want only “go along, get along” GOPe senators.
You know - - the kind who will “get something done”.
They really have a death wish. Who do they expect to vote for THEIR candidates without OUR support? Blacks? Latinos? Who?
I thought it was the people who decided who should represent them, not the representatives. The base has to coalesce to show these rinos who is in charge. At the same time, with both the GOPe, and the Democrats attacking the “Tea Party,” we have to be careful of allowing them to create an actual group identity, and to make it more caustic than the Republican brand.
The Tea-party has received a plethora of advice that forming a third party is deleterious to conservative goals, so the Tea-party has worked as a part of the GOP. Their intra-party rivals, the GOPe it seems are now forcing a third party alternative to the GOPe. I have not seen a poll, but I suspect that the GOPe has the lowest approval rating of any political group in Washington PC, below the media maligned tea-party and the media venerated democrats of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi. The GOPe if it continues this tactic will be on the endangered species list soon, but not soon enough for me.
I’d be happy to do some graphics work for tea party candidates free of charge.
In part I blame the NRCC for Obamacare. In 08 they stripped several conservative congressmen of funding in the final weeks of the campaign. They called them “lost causes” Michele Bachmann was one of them. My congressman lost by a whopping 2% of the vote, Virgil Goode was another who would have voted against Obamacare.
We sent my congressman back to DC in 2010 against the wishes of the GOP and their hand picked carpetbagger.
When they call me I laugh at them and then suggest they try something that would be anatomically difficult. I think I will start suggesting that they move to North Korea and leave me alone.
For all intent and purposes now, the Republican Party is DEAD. They are to the political system what Detroit is to being called a city. Something in name only, hallowed out, rotted, and gutted.
Wait until the NRSC finds out they have been blacklisted by a lot more Americans.
Yup, it will become harder for them to spend when no one contributes. Why support an organization that refuses to support you?
I tell them that I donate directly to my own conservative choices because I don’t trust the GOP with my money any more than I trust the democrats.
See #19. Why would these Senators be doing this to themselves?
This article makes no sense.
