Other Democrats now say they agree with Republicans that a delay of the individual mandate may be the only way to salvage the disaster and save face.

"I think the administration is going to have to look at it [delay of the individual mandate]. and I'd encourage them to do so," said Rep. Gene Green (D-TX).

Five Democrats have now asked for the Obama Administration to seek a refund from the contractors responsible for the Obamacare website fiasco. Reps. Ron Barber (D-AZ), William Enyart (D-IL), Pete Gallego (D-TX), Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), and Filemon Vela (D-TX) wrote a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder urging the reimbursement effort.

In my humble opinion, I think that the bamaboy administration and everyone that voted to pass this ACA law should be sued by the American people for promoting and coming up with a bad product that isn’t going to work, hasn’t worked and has cost millions of dollars to produce, promote. If any American was to put on the market a product that was lied about, promoted and cost millions of dollars that person or persons would be in jail....just where bambaboy and his backers need to be!

They just have to wait a few weeks for the site not to be fixed and there won’t be any option but to delay.

“I think the administration is going to have to look at it [delay of the individual mandate].”

This so doesn’t fix the problem. People are still going to lose their existing insurance. When they go to the exchange (assuming it ever starts working), they are still going to have sticker shock. The individual mandate just adds insult to injury.

If the Republicans were an opposition party they would love this. Push back and maybe we could get rid of this monster. Alas the Republicans are NOT an opposition party and are more concerned to save the presidential butt than to save the nation or the economy. That's why DELAY is a Republican desire that mainline Democrats are signing on to. If delay is allowed and more delay and some tweaking the effects of this thing might be softened enough that a smooth transition to single payer can be made which is what the Democrats and their Republican wing actually want.

If you think this 0bamacare shite is bad now, wait until the employer mandate kicks in and millions of people lose their jobs. When the Independent Advisory Boards, aka death panels, kicks in millions of people will know people who died because of 0bamacare. WE TOLD YOU SO!

Why would you want the GOP politicians to take center stage when the Dems are hanging themselves in the court of public opinion? Do NOT get the GOP involved right now.

Citizen anecdotes are FAR more effective...especially when a lot of those screaming and losing insurance were Obama supporters. Let them have the stage. The Dems would LOVE for Boehner to become the news story instead of all their complaining constituents. Don't fall for that bait.

We need to contact obama’s illegal “recess appointment” to the consumer protection organization. I’m sure he will correct this fiasco for all of us consumers.

Some great Freeper ( to whom I’d like to send the bill for my keyboard cleanup) posted earlier on this. Here’s his comment:

“Good luck buttheads, this is like asking the hooker who gave you the clap for a refund!”

By all means, the GOPe can pull their asses out of the fire so the Democrats can get re-elected.

Does anyone still doubt that this is a ONE PARTY system?

I haven’t heard of one communist DemocRAT politician enrolling in ObammyCare. Haven’t heard of any union knuckledraggers enrolling yet either.

What needs to happen is for one person to prevail in court that all the waivers, delays and other actions by the President and his Executive Branch (Sebellius, et al.) denies equal protection under the law and is discriminatory in it's application. The ain't should sue that all such waivers and delays are summarily forbidden and rescinded. The leeches, moochers, and assorted useless pieces of human debris need to be made to have to live under the Marxism they voted for.

I’m hoping the people will hold you accountable in the next election cycle. I would like to see Obama held responsible, but he’s beyond the reach of the people

They can "seek" all they want, but if they demand it there will undoubtedly be a lawsuit, during which the contractors council would demand all kinds of things in discovery that the Obmammas absolutely do not want coming out.

Absolutely!
Specifically the order to eliminate the ability to browse for different programs (eliminated) and corresponding costs (eliminated) before providing personal and financial information subject to abuse and fraud.

A fraudulent order meant to deceive and destroy. Political over reaching in the extreme.

And the Obamarxists actually believed that no one would notice, and that they would easily get away with fraud.
