they need to investigate , question, why the Canadian company with a poor track record was given the contract they obviously aren’t qualified to handle

The real question is why was this firm selected but ARE qualified, why are they covering for something else? The website being down is the cover for something else.
And why aren’t they asking if Michelle Obamas personal relationship with an executive of the company had anything to do with them being given the no bid contract.
