In Firefox, I run

DoNotTrackMe
https://www.abine.com/dntdetail.php

Disconnect.me
https://disconnect.me/

Ghostery
https://www.ghostery.com/

They each do similar blocking of tracking cookies, but they each seem to have unique features/blocking.

I began using these programs you posted on a previous thread. It worked to the extent that certain sites wouldn't even allow me to log in, not acknowledging I even had an account with them, didn't allow me to create an account, causing confusion, being mystified, clueless as to what the problem was, until it finally hit me that I had enabled these programs to do just this very thing.

Disabling them returned conditions to the way I had always been familiar when using the web.

So, these programs do seem to work.

Thanks for posting these links.
