In the heady days after the October 1 launch of the Affordable Care Act -- better known as ObamaCare -- Lady Gaga, Amy Poehler, Nina Dobrev, Rosario Dawson, Sarah Silverman, Olivia Wilde, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Hudson, Pearl Jam, Lance Bass, John Legend, Alyssa Milano and Kerry Washington joined the President to encourage Americans to #getcovered.
Since then, technical glitches and website snafus have so marred the ObamaCare website that the team who built it has been called to testify before Congress on Thursday. But there will be no celebrities flanking them on Capitol Hill, as the stars that helped launch the initiative are now being advised to walk away.

These drama queens should be on their knees everyday thanking G-D for Edison, Tesla, Marconi, Jack Warner, David Sarnoff, Philo Farnsworth, Vladimir Zworkin, Disney and countless other “dead White guys” whose inventions, talents and business expertise created entertainment industrial complex that made these overpaid mannequins what they are today. Otherwise they would be in the same situations as their counterparts over 100 years ago. In someone’s alleyway literally singing for their supper. Or travelling from town to town in minstrels hows hoping to provide for their families. Or standing on a soap box in a town square spewing their bs while being looked upon as the village idiots they are. Or locked away in an insane asylum and forgotten about.
Or having the crap beat out of them and tarred and feathered.
They must have a clause in celebrity contracts that says the part of their brain that thinks about politics has to be replaced by a tuna sandwich.
Nah...they should just be forced to have “O’Care” as THEIR insurance.
THAT would be punishment enough!
