Losing is a great motivator.
Nobody likes to lose.
When something happens you don’t like, you learn to avoid it.
You avoid losing in two ways. You quit or you learn what it takes to win, and implement that into your life.
Eliminating a loss in your child’s life, does not prepare them for the real world.
Unless we’re talking about Obama’s real world, where there are no losers and winners are in fact penalized.
“Unless were talking about Obamas real world, where there are no losers and winners are in fact penalized.”
This is what they’re being “prepared” for. If you lose, you get SSDI, food stamps and Obamacare. No worries! /s
Losing like this teaches you one thing. You have bad coaches who are doing a poor job with the kids. Granted they can only do so much with the talent and skills that are available on the team.
As for the “bullying” team how do we know that the other team wasn’t playing their younger players. These kids need time to gain game experiences too. No matter how you practice you cannot replicate real game situations.
