My overall sense, right from day one, was it was created by people who had never created a commercial database application before," said FMS Software developer Luke Chung.
Chung looked over the site and was stunned by the code and the cost - by some estimates, perhaps $200 million.
Chung continued, At $200 an hour, that would be a million man hours, 5,000 man years. I don't think they had time to use 5,000 man years. So I don't know where the money went. I don't know what these people were doing. There're not that many web pages. I don't get it! Where'd the money go?"

Dear leader is highly disappointed.
Only the Zerobama Admin would try to put lipstick on a train wreck...
We all knew it was going to jack our money, cost far more than said by the Rats, and dont forget, not one republican voted for this theft of basic rights and taxpayer dollars.
Consider this. The rats will get single-payer quasi-government funded “private” healthcare. Healthcare is approximately 1/5th of our GDP. Who will get the lobbying money from the healthcare providers when we have single payer? The rats. This will make union money look like chump change and the number of union healthcare workers will grow by leaps and bounds giving the rats even more power.
If this is not killed now it’s lights out for the GOP even before Amnesty.
Sounds like another year 2000 windfall for computer programmers. I know guys who haven’t worked since then and are still livin’ large on all the money they made then.
For those of us who are not in the least mathematically challenged, a million hours divided by 5,000 years comes out to 200 hours per year, and dollars per hour does not enter into this particular calculation.
Or 5,000 at $20/hour. That would fit better with the outsourcing to Canada / India / etc.
Add this in the mix - Moochell’s Princeton BFF is an executive at the firm that built the website... HT Drudge!
I'm sure Eric Holder will get someone on it right away.
It does indeed look like Mooch screwed the pooch.
The company is headed by one of her buddies.
Money laundering operations. That’s what most gov’t “services” and the “education” system have become.
Here is a clue of where they are: I listen to a lot of Internet radio, and the commercials are a little bit different there. On my way home today, I heard an advertisement for a website that offers to help people figure out the "Affordable Care Act" at ACA Start
Here is the website:
Notice anything unusual about this website extolling the glories of the "Affordable Care Act"?
Like everything else they do the money was JUST STOLEN and moved around for something else
Congress will get to the bottom of this immediately. Just like they did in the ___________ scandal. And the Relublicans will be talking about this in a unified, coherent voice, right?
They made the tactical error of only using cronies. They needed one GOP-leaning company int he mix to pin blame on when things went bad.
