Good post, they all are looking forward to finding out what Obamacare has to offer once the website gets working, all solid proof that it works.

This is the woman who "fainted" during Obama's Rose Garden talk about this mess.

Karmel Allison, Prospective ACA Beneficiary Karmel Allison was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when she was nine years old. She has stayed on the same insurance ever since, despite constantly rising costs, for fear she would not be able to find a plan that would cover her due to her pre-existing condition. Allison recently began researching her options on CoveredCA and has publicly described her experience as finally feeling equal to others, including her young and healthy husband, when it comes to access to coverage.

She knows a lot about web development

And has blogged about software design problems with a medical device web site

Oh, and she's pregnant

The Zero King doesn’t care what us peasants think or know about him. He knows the lamestream “news” media will cover for him so the LIV’s out there will never know he’s a fake, a phony, and a liar, and the his signature legislation, ZeroCare, is an absolute failure (as it was intended to facilitate even more government intrusiveness and control).

I would think that another way to read into this story is this: the Obama administration has yet to find someone who's been able to successfully obtain insurance through his website.

Some success! Other than the one who was able to stay on her mother’s health plan, only one person had actually secured coverage through ACA.

Yeah, you’d think in his signature “defense” speech, they’d have actual successful signups as examples, not a bunch of “waiting to see what it has to offer”s.

If we had a free press, they would have directed their questions to the people-props behind Obama concerning their rates and personal stories.

This is actually getting funny... for real. I hate to laugh because the consequences are so dire, but laugh I did.

This is a freaking clown show, that all of his suck-tards are trying to pretend isn't happening.

” Brey has said that “as an employer in Maryland with fewer than 50 full-time- equivalent employees, I’ll be able to use our state’s exchange next year to purchase coverage. This is huge.”

He’s right, this is HUGE. A HUGE Govt. takeover, a HUGE Govt. Bureaucracy, a HUGE transfer of Wealth, a HUGE middle finger to the Middle Class, the young, those who listened to O’garbage care lies of “keeping your plan”, “keeping your doctor”, cost less than your “cell phone bill”, save families “2,500 dollars”....

This is a “HUGE” mistake.

Baker had been turned down for individual insurance three times due to a minor pre-existing condition. On her new insurance plan, Baker is saving $150 a month.

If she has been turned down 3 times how does she know she is saving $150 per month? What is her actual premium, copay, deductible and annual out of pocket?

Thanks for the info. A supposed friend of hers is over on twitchy whining about how 'mean spirited' everyone is for making fun of....Karmel.

LOL! Where do they get these names?

Nothing there. These anecdotes are like declaring a booming employment picture because folks are filling out job applications, or plan to, all over America.

Janice Baker, a small business owner, was the first woman to enroll in the Delaware exchange. She and her husband are the owners of the Heavenly Hound Hotel, a boarding and grooming kennel for Dogs in Selbyville, DE. They have owned and operated it for 24 years. Prior to enrolling through the new Marketplaces, Baker had been turned down for individual insurance three times due to a minor pre-existing condition. On her new insurance plan, Baker is saving $150 a month.

If she was turned down for insurance, how is she saving $150 a month? No insurance means you're not paying anything for insurance. Is Obamacare paying her $150 a month to be insured?

I can’t wait until next March when tax day is looming large. The stories of people trying to jam their way through the signup process to avoid being clobbered by the IRS is going to be a sweet schadenfreude.

Good question.

This sort of technical “care” and information transfer will be the norm for people who somehow manage to enroll in this mess.

Hmmm... Now that you mention it, I suspect that she was suffering from the dreaded 'deadbeatitis' disease, and the preexisting condition that caused her to be turned down was her refusal to pay for insurance (it is a right - don't you know?)...
