I would love to see Sarah Palin as speaker of the House.
Or Ted Cruz or Mike Lee.

He could have passed a "clean" five- or six- week debt extension and gaveled the House adjourned for three days....
That would have forced the Senate to put or shut up on "default" and thenthe deate would return the focus back to the Obamacare fight for siix weeks.... all while to Ocare.gov site is still broken.

He will be kept around long enough to take the blame for caving on amnesty.

We can dream, but I’d plop down some real folding money on a bet it would be Cantor.

LOLOL! You are so twisted! I never even noticed.

It's past time for Boehner to vacate the Speakers chair but we all know that he'll be replaced with another RINO who will be called a 'good negotiator' - translation:
caves easily to Democrat demands to expand government and our national debt.
However, if Boehner leaves he has to take the equally useless Mitch McConnell with him. Good riddance to both.
To: ElkGroveDan
He better be. What a tool.

He should be ridden out of the speaker's chair on a rail...
I regret sending him a letter thanking him for standing firm last week.
He gone...

Andrew Napolitano says he believes the Speaker will be replaced before the next debt ceiling deadline. I'm pretty sure Boehner is more than ready to get out of the hot seat and return to his previous boozing and golf routine. I've never seen a politician appear as uncomfortable as he did during this stand-off.

It's called *The old switch-a-roo*.
Can almost hear the GOP-E saying "There, we did something".

How about the traitor turncoats? Paul Ryan or Eric Cantor? The house is a rino pen! Should be considered a zoo. STOP FEEDING THE ANIMALS!!!Though Ryan may have been in on the surrender, he in the end voted "no" for the cave.

Hefty severance cheque in hand, and exempt from Obamacare. Now time to look for a distant neutral country with no extradition treaty.

I don’t see a replacement making much difference. GOP is still a train wreck. The Gutless Old Party is never going to change.
