Megyn Kelly is probably one of those people who becomes even more attractive while in a state of hot fury.

How attractive is she when she calls Cruz a loser. She is anything but a conservative and suffers from inside the beltway social disease.

Her ratings will hold up if she can attract enough liberals to watch her excoriate Tea Party Knuckle draggers.

I will not be included in her ratings numbers.

When Republican leadership is such a roaring dumpster fire, it’s hard to imagine constructive change emerging. To effect any meaningful change the Speaker needs to speak TEA. And without greater numbers, the chances of that are small.

But yes, Boehner needs to go as an example of the price of repeated failure.

>>”You got it. “Under new management” that’s as bad as the old management. We aren’t buying it this time.””<<

Your post reminds me of this lyric from the classic rock song “Won’t Get Fooled Again” by The Who:”Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.”

In the context of the song it means exactly what you are saying. I hope we “Won’t get fooled again!”

This raises a question of how they could boot out Boehner.

Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution establishes the position, and states that “The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other officers; and shall have the sole power of impeachment.” Neither the Constitution nor the rules of the 113th Congress state anything specific about removing the Speaker.

The Jefferson Manual, written by Thomas Jefferson when he was Vice President, and used by the House as a supplement to its standing rules, in Section 9 states that “A Speaker may be removed at the will of the House and a Speaker pro tempore appointed.” But even that clause may not necessarily apply to removing a Speaker, as it follows examples of Speakers being replaced due to illness, and the appointing of Speakers pro tempore in those instances.

Nevertheless, it’s generally believed that a Speaker can be removed, which would be executed by a Member offering a resolution declaring the Office of the Speaker vacant. Such a resolution would be considered a question of constitutional privilege, and therefore a privileged motion, although again, it’s never been done.

"WHO will be the replacement?"

Whoever it is, I'm sure it will be someone more capable of working with the White House and Senate, as opposed to that great obstructionist Boehner.

Okay, I tried to say that with a straight face.....

What’s the story on this McMorris-Rodgers? Any chance she might have more of a backbone than Boehner? I remember thinking she was on the fast track when I saw her hosting the RNC in 2012.

I heard that the word was going around was he was going to be replaced as speaker and the House busted out in applause.

He walked in right after that.

WHO will be the replacement? Cantor?”

Hopefully not Cantor or Ryan. Gohmert would be awesome.

I hope the judge is right.

What Napolitano said is inaccurately portrayed in the headline. Read the article. Yeah, I know it means clicking a link, but it's often worth the trouble.
