NJ has the largest registered independent voters by percentage. Ross Perot did very well in NJ when he ran. The strong Dem are blacks, hispanics and Jews. Rest can go either if the right situation occurs. Many white blue collar Dems are pissed at Obamacare. Many got notices from their insurance companies and others got on Obamacare website and got sticker shock. They never figure they are the rich that Obama was talking about and will be paying higher premiums or deductions to cover the poor. Many are angry but not angry enough to vote GOP, so they will probably sit home and not vote.
Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren, Sussex, Morris, Monmouth, Ocean and Cape May Counties are probably in the win column for Lonegan (Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon definately are).
Essex, Hudson, Camden, Passaic & Mercer are likely wins for Booker. Unfortunately they have the largest populations.
Bergen, Union, Middlesex, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Salem and Cumberland are unknowns. They conceivably could go either way depending on turnout and other factors.
I would lean Middlesex, Atlantic, Salem and Cumberland toward Booker based on the urban votes in those counties outnumbering the rural votes. Union County is a mix of suburban and urban and trends democrat but has elected Republicans in the not so distant past.
Bergen, Union, Burlington, Atlantic and Middlesex have large populations. Cumberland and Salem not so much.
If Newark has a low turnout for Booker then it could be an interesting night.
Describes no Democrat, ever, in the last 40 years AT LEAST!
Pure campaign pablum, just what Obeyme does best.
A margin of victory for Booker of 54-46 or closer is a victory in this heavily BLUE state that went 58-41 Obama in 2012.
Thanks for your assessment...It’d be great to see Lonegan pull this out.
whole lot of holders people in N.J.
and that hardly matters as they will find enough dead people to make a win for one of holders people.
Exactly...It’s one thing 0bummer’s an expert at.
Barry has just done serious damage to himself if Booker now loses. His endorsement will be seen as toxic. Might as well schedule daily golf time for all of 2014.
Oh thankyouthankyouthankyou...
Could this be the reason:

Neighbors: Cory Booker never lived in Newark

One police officer, who said his name was Officer Martinez, told us that 435 Hawthorne was Bookers home but property records show that the home is owned by Ife Okocha.
Cassandra Dock, a community activist critical of both Mayor Booker and Governor Christie, told us that the home on Hawthorne was actually a police station.
Hopefully they are angy enough not to send a Obama rubber stamper
I hope the 800,000 NJ residents who lost their health insurance to Obamacare are paying attention.
The margin is within the limits of Democrat fraud and theft.
Corey will win
Let us hope it is. I know that most of the candidates Obama has endorsed have lost their elections. Hopefully, his rotten batting average holds.
HA HA. obama and obamacare are the reasons Lonegan is gaining on Booker. Lonegan spent $1.2 million. Booker has already spent $12 million. The reason Lonegan is winning:

Cory will probably lose because of the ad.
