Funny how we all can immediately know what that means even never having seen any cow eat the cabbage.
That takes me way back to when I was a kid. My mom and pop would crank out all those old sayings. I love firing one off to the young city kids, the confused look is priceless.
One major reason is illegals that use ERs for all their healthcare and the rest of us have to pay for that. Illegals are the elephant in the room for many of our issues; healthcare, education, social services, law enforcement, courts, corrections...the list goes on and on. If we secure the border and enforce the laws, many of our issues would be solved at least to the point of being able to see daylight. Instead this country seems determined to give illegals amnesty and muck up our healthcare, etc. to the point we cannot fix it as solutions.
