In a stunning twist in the case of an SUV driver swarmed and attacked by motorcyclists, an undercover New York police officer was arrested today in connection with the attack, police said.
Det. Wojciech Braszczok was charged with riot and criminal mischief, police said. He can be seen on a video taken at the scene of the attack bashing a rear window of the SUV after a high-speed chase, law enforcement sources told ABC News.
The undercover cop initially told his superiors days after the attack that he was at the scene of the assault and did not stop it for fear of blowing his cover, police said after he came forward. But sources said he was "not truthful" about his involvement during earlier interviews.

He deserves it. He should have shot the Vietnamese guy and maybe the wife and then said. “I felt threatened.” He would then have been rewarded with his heroically deserved paid vacation and would be totally exonerated.

He will be useless to NYPD. Substantial “Brady” issues are usually grounds for losing a LEO job since they can’t use anything he does, writes, or says in court.
I think “Wojciech Braszczok” translates from Polish into “Woody Brasscock”.
