An interesting pattern forms:
US forces prove able to capture perps of incidents happening PRIOR to the GayMuzzie Administration.
But:
When they try to put their hands on perps of incidents during the reign of GayMuzzie, well, PRESTO..!
Their gear is mysteriously stolen in Libya (NVGs, weapons, target designators, and even large numbers of humvees) and they must be sent home, empty-handed.
Or in Somalia you have these super cool sentries who think nothing of Khat —nothing at all like their comrades— and repel the snatch attempt.
It’s all very interesting.

Senators and Admin flunkies do that.
