"I am so disappointed," wrote one woman. "These prices are outrageous and there are huge deductibles. No one can afford this!" The comment received 169 "likes." "There is NO WAY I can afford it," said one commenter after using the Kaiser Subsidy Calculator. "Heck right now I couldn't afford an extra 10$ [sic] a month...and oh apparently I make to [sic] much at 8.55/hour to get subsidies." Another person shared a link found on the federal government's main Obamacare page listing premium estimates for small business employers: The information is not very complete as I don't see anything about deductible or other detailed info, but it does given an actual price as to the "Premium." It is VERY SCARY!! For example, my insurance plan right now for my spouse and I costs $545 a month with 100% coverage after my $2500 deductible. We are both 32 years old. When I looked at this site for 80% coverage it says it will be $954.78 a month!!!! So compare my old Plan: 100% coverage for $545 a month To New Plan: 80% Coverage for $945 a month. This is only only an estimate but it is VERY Scary for me to see this kind of increase in rates and reduction in benefits!

Working as intended.
Obama voters: What..you mean Obamacare isn’t free..but we were told those mean rich people were gonna pay for our free goodies now we find out its not free!!
Obama voters are going to find out the hard way what Socialism is all about..I hope they choke on it
I HATE AMERICAN FASCISM.
It’s horrible - but it wasn’t designed for most Americans... well, unless you live in Detroit...
“If you think it’s expensive now, wait until it’s free!”
Sort of the same sticker shock the Ukrainians felt when Stalin confiscated all of their privately-owned plows, forcing them into collective farms.
Hey, that’s like, hey, wait a minute, history sort of repeats itself, doesn’t it? Ding.
Screw these SOB’s! They voted for “hopey, changey”. Now they got it! And I hope it hurts reeeeallly badly! Because that’s what it’s going to take to get these morons to wake up!!
There's nothing that you do: sports, recreation, work, exercise, diet, social life, etc. nothing at all that does not have an impact on health care.
Obamacare is the foundation for American totalitarianism.
That's because you're not just paying to insure yourself. You are also paying to insure the druggies, the welfare queens and their kids, and for free birth control and abortions for the flukes out there. Feel better now?
Taylor Breakshorses Affordable? How is this affordable???????? The rates are HUGE and the deductible is, too. HOW? HOW am I supposed to afford something like this?????? I barely put food on my table, and pay for my most basic expenses. HOW am I supposed to spend money on this THAT I DON’T HAVE????????
I knew this would happen. There were so many no- and low-info people out there who believed this boondoggle was going to be FREE!
People are finding out just how much of a “pig in a poke” the Democrat party is offering them though ObamaCare, and hopefully the stink of it drive will drive the members of that party out of even their most secure seats!
The dumbing down of Americans is going full speed, with little hope in site for the country. It is the Marxist way.
I would soon be looking for Obumbo control of the Internet.
Karl and Vlad are smiling from their graves. They lost with Russia, but they now have a golden egg, the USSA.
With Obama’s name used as the nickname, it will be difficult to blame someone else.
VA, Affordable Care Act and You
What is the Affordable Care Act?
The Affordable Care Act, also known as the health care law, was created to expand access to coverage, control health care costs and improve health care quality and care coordination. The health care law does not change VA health benefits or Veterans out-of-pocket costs.
Three things you should know:
1 VA wants all Veterans to receive health care that improves their health and well-being.
2 If you are enrolled in VA health care, you dont need to take additional steps to meet the health care law coverage standards. The health care law does not change VA health benefits or Veterans out-of-pocket costs.
3 If you are not enrolled in VA health care, you can apply at any time.
Veterans Enrolled in VA Health Care
The good news is that Veterans enrolled in VA health care programs have health coverage that meets the new health care laws standard. You do not have to take any additional steps to have health coverage. Read more if enrolled
Veterans Not Enrolled in VA Health Care
Veterans not currently enrolled in VA health care program can apply for enrollment at any time. Read more about enrolling
Family Members
VA offers health care benefits for certain family members of Veterans through programs such as the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) and the Spina Bifida program. Read more about VA family programs
Your family members who are not enrolled in a VA health care program should use the Marketplace to get coverage.
