Mrs T used to teach at one of those, designated as a “Community Service Point”. Free everything, including Breakfast AND Dinner, etc., and the kids STILL couldn’t/refused to read.
Mrs. Miltie does the same. Free breakfast, free lunch, and EBT cards all around.
There’s a third grader in her class who is her height, double her width, can’t read, and messes his pants.
That’s what we fund.
