Thank you so much. I’m tearing up now, just thinking it about it, but you know, a small miracle has occurred. Directly over his burial spot where the St Francis statue we moved with us from San Diego, sits, a flourish of beautiful Lillies and Lilacs have sprung up out of no where! AND, they’re the exact same flowers that my mom used to have in her yard! However, this yard, in all the 8 years that we’ve lived here, has never had those flowers!
Now tell me, how did that happen?
Took her straight to the vet for a check-up. The doc asked me how old I was. I said 77 and he laughed. I said, “What, since I am 77, you want me to pick a half dead dog?” “So the dog won't outlive me??”
If anything happened to me, I've got a friend who would take her in a minute. What a disgusting thing - if you are old, get an old dog - disgusting.
