Yeah right. They ran a 20 foot outboard 500 miles up the coast from Mexico! Come on reporter get a brain. This is the second boat found in the same spot in the last two months. They are being launched from mother ships off of the coast.

Similar thing was happening in the Channel Islands off Santa Barbara —a bunch of times it happened.
They even killed a coastie who tried to stop them.
A legit-looking, huge druggie mothership arrives far offshore, then the product is off-loaded to smaller parasitic vessels for the final run into shore.
Risk limitation and way more stealthy.
