The Demorats stuck it too us when they passed this dastardly law in the dark of the night “without debate”.....
Their hands are on every inch of this....and it needs to be their baby that aborts when the whole thing falls apart.
But either or...the House will have it now and they better fight and continue to stand against this...no piece-mealing...or the Republican party is not only dead..but buried.
Good target list. Now who has the most viable opponent in the primary? When is said primary?
I know Cornyn’s is March 4th. and we Texans will March Forth.
19 Representatives ‘For The People’...the rest are for themselves....time to take them out and make life miserable for them in Washington...because they haven’t a clue how politics works...they not only revealed which side they are on...they revealed their utter ignorance of how Gov. works.
“....They want to vote in whatever way that it cannot be said of them, they voted to shut down the government......
I don’t believe that for a minute.. not one....they are all well informed now of the game board...no excuse that they are cowards or afraid...they should not be in Washington at all if that’s the case...and need to resign.
What would happen if we refused to reveal our Insurance Information???? Just not give it to them.....

Good One!!! You owe me a new keyboard.
It would be a "clean bill" wouldn't it? That's all they keep saying, they want a "clean bill".
“.....Some of the Republicans.. waited until they were sure it would not pass and then voted No....”
They need to be the first ones to go!.
“Cornyn is a full blown GOP-E RINO IDIOT.”
I agree with you. He has to go.
Though Thune isn’t my Representative I am really disappointed he voted for cloture....didn’t expect him to pull party line ...but the proof’s in the pudding as we learn who is really who.
This vote was huge! ...and they all knew it.
Lets start that conversation by acknowledging we arent going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants... bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society. Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers.12 million more people assimilating into society. 12 million more people being productive contributors. [but hes not in favor of amnesty, snicker, definition of is is]
...by softening its edge on some volatile social issues and altering its image as the party always seemingly "eager to go to war... We do need to expand the party and grow the party and that does mean that we don't always all agree on every issue" ... the party needs to become more welcoming to individuals who disagree with basic Republican doctrine on emotional social issues such as gay marriage... "We're going to have to be a little hands off on some of these issues ... and get people into the party," Paul said.
Yawn.. it’s all my fault.
People like you that would reject Reagan if he came into the scene today. You can’t be happy and you will find a reason to bitch about every candidate.. “he’s divorced”.. “he’s from Hollywierd”.. “his hair looks funny”.. “he was a governor of a left wing state”.. “he was a union president”..
His record in MA was a center right governor working with a communist politburo. He did what he could to place market based solutions into a program that was doomed to fail because of a state centered approach. His ideas are the only reason MACare (or whatever they call it) hasn’t yet bankrupted the state. It would have passed with his sig or not, but that doesn’t matter, he was mormon so lets take our chances with Obama.
I blame people like you, sitting around waiting for the perfect candidate while the democrats destroy the country.
<...”GOP wants to rid itself of the conservative base. No idea why”....>
Because they are marching to the Globalist Drums....and conservatives do not want International Governance on our nation.
Not sure how true, but...

I also heard a suggestion that the House add an amendment on to the Senate bill that cancels all waivers. That would make this bad law worse and maybe gen up more opposition. I don’t know how I feel about that option.
Interesting article. I did see news on a poll that had Senator Cruz as leading the pack for the GOP Presidential nomination. And that is highly encouraging.
when is cornyn next due up for re-election?
I sent a nastygram to Cornyn after the vote saying he needed to brush up his resume.

My understanding is there are multiple bills ( including the kitchen sink) that they are planning to throw at them./ appearance of chaos is a diversion
oToh there seems to be no true leaders functioning. Or maybe that’s the plan. Keep waving multiple red flags in the air while a David gets close enough to aim at the target with his sling shot and a leathal pebble
