I also heard a suggestion that the House add an amendment on to the Senate bill that cancels all waivers. That would make this bad law worse and maybe gen up more opposition. I don’t know how I feel about that option.
My understanding is there are multiple bills ( including the kitchen sink) that they are planning to throw at them./ appearance of chaos is a diversion
