Libertarians don’t mind kicking in doors to be heard, messing with the GOP rules book in caucus states, generally raising hell in public and going after the college vote and young adults eager for a cause. AND, they are CONFIDENT.
Conservatives are much too, ..... well, ... conservative, to do that sort of thing and mostly quite out of energy to do infantry ground running again. Where are the numbers of our younger conservatives?
Good point. Conservatives by and large want to be left alone to pursue their private affairs (which is the whole purpose of political freedom) and are typically too busy living their lives to get involved with politics.
Libertarians want to be FREE and are only too happy to make a stink if that's what it takes.
Libertarians need conservatives to keep them from going off the rails. Conservatives need libertarians to do the door kicking and stink making.
Some libertarians are okay in my book, most are not
