WASHINGTON Following the epic, 21-hour speech by Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, supporting the defunding of Obamacare, either voters made so many calls to establishment Republicans that their phone lines melted, or those GOP leaders took their phones off the hook.
Even in this age of digital wizardry and limitless voicemail, callers could not get through at all to Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.

I think Obama’s Internet army and private imvestigators(ie google and Verizon) have dug up a great deal of dirt on certain GOP senators and now they are afraid to go against the Obama regime for fear of their dirty little secrets being exposed.
Blackmail. Pure and simple.
These RINOs no longer have a viable political party. The panic will set in and a lot of them will turn Democrat.
I’ve often thought the same thing. I’ve wondered if there is a way to expel a party member. McCain should never have been allowed to run on any republican ticket or for any republican office.
Call their local numbers
Apparently they don’t need our money either. I have to wonder if they’re not put in office by democrats just to make it appear there is an opposition. I’m to the point of letting the democrats have it all. Taking over the house with people like boner as leaders was not a good thing.
cry babies goes straight to full voice mail, it has for a very long time.
Got through to both TN RINOS Corker and Alexander, Alexander is up for re-election and has a Tea Party opponent. Whom I will be voting for. I’m tired of this old fart liberal.
I even got through to Cruz’s San Antonio office and told them GO TED GO. They were happy to hear from an out of stater supporting their man.
Sen Ted Cruz has spent 18 hrs trying to stop O’care
His DC line going straight to filled voice mail, but they are answering the phone at his office in
San Antonio Office Phone: (210) 340-2885 PLEASE CALL AND THANK HIM!
“When Ted Cruz and Sarah Palin switch to Independent, I’ll do likewise. Until then, I stand for taking back OUR party from the quisling traitors who now control it.”
What is a party but a name?
I see your point but in my opinion, the GOP is close to the point of no return due to the sell out leadership.
RINO’s to me are no longer people like McCain. He is what the Republican party has become. Cruz and Palin are RINO’s. They are different from the rest of the party.

I doubt Obama uses private investigators with the type of people he has access to. He probably uses Holder’s guys and the NSA to run his checks.
Just about every private investigator I’ve ever met is conservative and anti- liberal.
McConnell looks gayer everytime I see him. No wonder Barry and him agree. Common ground.
I agree. Midge and ALL of the geezer GOPe are poster boys for Low-T commercials.
A party is much, much more than just a name.
People band together under umbrellas because of shared concepts and ideals. When those shared ideals are abandoned by the party leadership, or the goals and purposes of the group are subverted and twisted 180 degrees out of sync with the founding precepts of the members, failure and disillusionment follow.
This is what has happened to the Republican party. The rank and file members still cling to the founding precepts and agreements of the group, but the leadership does not. It doesn't mean the group as a whole has faltered - just the leadership.
Tea Party stalwarts have been saying for years that we need to take the party back from the entrenched special interests and those who conspire and collaborate with our enemies.
A lone TEApublican Senator from Texas has now sent an electric fear throughout the entire right-wing traitor lobby, and has put them on notice that their time in the driver's seat is over. It won't take more than a handful of reinforcements in Congress to send the whole lot of them running.
We're on the verge of victory here. Now is the time to push like you've never pushed before, to expunge the establishment sell-outs from OUR party.

Good luck.
