It's already succeeded. Cruz can think and talk at the same time. Those who are helping him with the effort will be about the only pols who are NOT blamed for the Obamacare train wreck. I even like that Rand and Sessions aren't 100% reading from the same playbook. It shows that this new breed will discuss things.
I can't imagine any 'pub getting elected in the near future without the blessing of these "whacko-birds"

Yes and no.
YES in that Ted Cruz has succeeded in securing his (deserved) prominence amongst conservatives.
NO in that he will also succeed in showing that in spite of countless hours and dollars and votes for so-called “conservatives”, that the gop doesn’t listen, won’t listen, doesn’t care and is hell bent on imposing every socialist scheme possible to the detriment of the American people.
And the next issue we’ll get to discuss, at length, will be pro’s and con’s of secession. I don’t blame Ted Cruz for that: it’s coming anyway. It’s just not a discussion I much look forward to.
