How can a senator ram through funding, when only the House is allowed to do the funding?
You obviously don’t understand how fascism works.
The Constitution allows the Senate to amend appropriations bills, but it’s the House’s responsibility to either agree with the amendments or not. If Harry Reid sends the House a gutted resolution I hope the House takes 1 minute to send back a “Hell No!!” to the stinkin’ Senate.
