Paul basically said that he wanted Roberts to be subject to Obamacare, since he contorted the law (paraphrasing, but close) to determine it was constitutional. It was a direct "sauce for the goose, sauce for the gander" argument, but personalized to the SCCJ because of his part in making it law for the masses.

Last night Cruz really took Roberts to the wood shed. Paul makes excellent points on the president legislating from the WH with these exemptions, Cruz has make that point a few times also. I think 50 years ago Congress (Ds and Rs) would have rebelled at an executive over reach like that.
