I don’t thinks its a far stretch to guess that sooner or later its going to come out that someone in his administration has been staging many of these horrific shootings to push gun control. I’d lay bets on Jarrett as the inital instigator
Somalis all over East Africa have lots of guns. They also use guns & ammo to buy cattle and gold from pastoralist tribes in NE Uganda & NW Kenya.
BTW, Kenya has very strict gun laws. I remember reading a newspaper story back in the ‘90’s of a Kenya being jailed for having an empty rifle cartridge.
