Indeed, qualia prevent the dream even of artificial intelligence mathematicians. Because they cannot convey qualia in the logic they cannot fabricate a 'machine' that can experience a full range of emotions, e.g. love/hate, pain/pleasure.

Emotions are just preprogrammed instincts, there's nothing magical about them

"Magic" is your term, not mine. And your definition of emotions as merely preprogrammed instincts is inaccurate.

Some emotions like fear may be learned and others like courage may be nurtured.

Qualia can only be experienced, not conveyed.

I cannot objectively convey my pain to you or anyone else. You cannot get inside my mind to feel what I feel.

Ever experience child birth? Try to convey that pain to a man... LOLOL!
