The Left doesn’t care if he is proven completely innocent and that it was a smear tactic, maybe even a RICO act. They got what they wanted and besides, it’s “old news”.

Now he should be tried for wrecking the Republican Party and putting Nancy Pelosi in charge.

So Ronnie Earle basically destroyed Tom DeLay with no legal justification. Does DeLay have any options for recouping any of his legal costs to fight this bogus prosecution? If I were he and it’s doable I’d try to get Earle disbarred.

So, now, where does Tom go to get his reputation back?
Oh, wait...he already GOT it back. He did Dancing with the Stars, even in spite of a broken foot.
Amazing man.
Now, what will happen to the lying DA??

And just as now, Republicans then were hell-bent on showing people that they were likable. They were hell-bent on showing people that they weren't the kind of reprobates the Democrat and the media describe them as being. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Look how that worked out.. 25 years of increased and profligate SPENDING... i.e. Clintoon, Bush, Obamer...
Why NOT mean agressive anti federal givernment activity?..
Republican Ice Holes hell-bent on dismantling the federal givernment.. ?
With proper Snark and Belittleing the feds and collectivists could be pilloried to DEATH..
Shamed and mocked as very good entertainment..

There should be a way for DeLay to get legal payback from the lying cowards who railroaded him.
The Democrat party is a criminal enterprise.

DeLay is a scumbag. During the disgraceful push to pass the unpaid Medicare Part D bill, DeLay extended the vote an unprecedented 3 hours, and paced the floor handing out bribe checks to willing Republicans and threatening conservatives with primary opponents if they didn’t back Bush’s neo-progressive agenda (like NJ’s Scott Garrett, who told DeLay to f-off). I’m disappointed Levin had him on.

And DeLay was like most Republicans; he had no response to it. I didn't have a PR firm. He didn't have any pop culture media friends "I" didn't have a PR firm .... ?
Rush, my love, your transcriber needs to pay closer attention to his/her work.
It's what I do for a living. I won't be offended if you private message me offering me the job .... :)
>> The appeals court today said the evidence never, ever amounted to anything near worthy of conviction.
The system permits this kind of abuse but doesn’t seem equipped to requite.

From Wikipedia:
"Earle was born in Fort Worth, Texas and raised on a cattle ranch in Birdville, in Tarrant County. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, earned money working as a lifeguard, played football, and was president of his student council at Birdville High School, Haltom City, TX. After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law..."
Probably not too bad a person until he got to UT Austin...
