A journalism professor at the University of Kansas (KU) turned to Twitter on Monday to suggest he would like to see the murder of children of National Rifle Association (NRA) members at the hands of a deranged gunman.
“#NavyYardShooting The blood is on the hands of the #NRA,” tweeted David Guth, who is an associate professor of Journalism at the university’s William Allen White School of Journalism.
Speaking with Campus Reform on Wednesday, Guth confirmed it was he who sent the controversial tweet.
“Hell no, hell no, I do not regret that Tweet,” he said. “I don't take it back one bit.”
Guth also doubled down on the statement when other Twitter users pressed him, suggesting it was was shameful to call for the death of children.
“God’s justice takes many forms,” he tweeted in response.

I’m guessing that, tenure or not, this might not bode too well for his career. Lots of dolts could take his place teaching - journalism!

How odd, that a loving, caring liberal would “like to” see someone else’s children die.
What a strange thing to like.
We disagree with him politically and would hate to wish death upon his chidren, or anyone else.
And the mentally ill his kind helped get removed from hospitals are the ones doing the killing, so liberals are partially responsible for these deaths

Well look at this from his bio on the KU site-
He has made four trips to St. Petersburg, Russia, and one trip to Ashbagat, Turkmenistan, at the invitation of the United States Department of State for the purposes of research and teaching.
Hmmm,wonder when those trips occurred?
I wonder if he used a computer belonging to KU when he wrote the stuff he doesn’t regret, but is in fact proud of?
Guth is the architypical Porcine professor in that his inanities are the result of jowls and chins flapping in the breeze rather than merely loose lips.
In the final analysis, he is merely another member of the Academented, having a very hard time accepting the public rejection of his Second Amendment views.
