There is not much to disagree with : #17 on. Its just my best guess as to how this will play out based on the history of this and the last congress. It may or may not play out that way but my past prediction that some in the House would try to throw the ball right back to Cruz in the Senate is happening.
Now if it ends up that Reid and Obama are forced to accept defunding or even a delay of the whole O-care for a year I will post 'hats off' to the 'hell no' caucus. Winning is winning which means results.
The whole ‘Dont blink’ strategy counts on Bohner not pulling another VAWA on the CR to avoid getting blamed for a shutdown. That is a pretty weak link.
i recall in August both Levin and Paul appeared separately on Cavuto and Neil doing his job (why I like him) kept asking them exactly how they would get Reid to pass a defund bill and then Obama to sign it (as Ocare funding is exempt from a shutdown).
Under pressure they both admitted that those wont really happen, and I recall Paul said it could force them to accept a one year delay instead.
We will see.
