[Navy Yard] Gunman claimed he had 'anger issues' after rescuing victims of 9/11...

The Washington Navy Yard gunman who killed 12 today has previously claimed to be suffering from PTSD after helping rescue efforts in New York following the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Gunman Aaron Alexis was shot dead by responding officers after he opened fire inside a Navy facility around 8am on Monday morning.

Since he was identified as the shooter, reports have come out revealing that it was not the first time that he was involved in a shooting.

In 2004, he was arrested in Seattle for shooting the tires of someone's car during an anger-fueled 'blackout'.

'He said that he didn’t remember pulling the trigger of his firearm until about one hour later,' according to the Seattle police report.

Later he said that he felt the intended victim 'disrespected him'.

The report states that his father said his anger issues stemmed back to his time in New York where he helped the rescue efforts following the September 11 terrorist attacks.

The shooter's father told police 'that his son had experienced anger management problems that the family believed associated [sic] with PTSD.'

He was arrested in relation to this instance but never charged, and the same outcome occurred in Fort Worth, Texas where Alexis was living in 2010.

He was arrested for discharging a firearm when his neighbor reported that Alexis fired a shot into their apartment. At the time, Alexis claimed that his hand slipped when he was cleaning his gun, accidentally shooting the weapon...

If Obama had a son, he’d look like Aaron Alexis.

I was listening to reports on my way to work and the first thing I pictured in my mind was a TV newsroom with everyone pacing around nervous as hell that the shooter could turn out to be Muslim.

Then I envisioned a scene where someone comes into the room and announces that they ID'd the shooter and he wasn't a Muslim. The people were jumping around screaming and high fiving.

Then the director added, "He's black". and ever one went instantly into head down depression wondering what they are going to do now!

And rumors that he is “buddhist?”

I wonder if this is one of those people I used to run into in my old job. Every time I’d encounter them...they had changed religion. They would be Christian...then next time Sikh...then Buddhist....then Muslim....then...etc...etc.

First thing they taught us in the Marines..

Do I really need to put a sarcasm tag on this?

What horseshite.

Have a friend who worked as an MD in forensic identification of the victims of 9/ll every day for the duration until they had Id’d all possible. His response to this day in day out stress and horror and depression was NOT to have anger issues to “non-combatant” civilians. Rather marked disgust with muzzie wuzzies but not against regular folks.

This is total BS. It must be concocted like the advance PTSD that was expressed about Nidal Hassan— what a load— pre-PTSD from the possible stress of going to aid killing of fellow muzzie-— Riiiiight.

This dude was not a combat vet. What the hell- he was kicked out as an airman technician track for a spot on a carrier in exchangeables and avionics. A drop out/ kicked out hostile guy.

I’d be looking in the background for a Raoul, a guiding hand.

....and ever one went instantly into head down depression wondering what they are going to do now

and then realized they still had their well worn copy of the Democrat Playbook and immediately restarted their Anti Gun Crusade by running to Diane Feinswine and Gabby Giffords for comments on the shooting.

Just saw an article about how Sequestrations was definitely the reason this wasn't stopped.

Alexis served in the U.S. Navy for almost four years before he was discharged in 2011 for 'misconduct'

In other words... (and pardon the caps)

HE IS NOT A VET!

When someone gets a less-than-honorable discharge from the military (like Dan Rather, for example)

That person is NOT a VET!

Perhaps someone should inform the "news" media of this important qualification for the "veteran" title.

“no apparent motive for the shooting”

Many bald black men use this general-service reason: “He/they disrespected me.”
as this same POS ‘explained’ an earlier shooting in which he was involved.
Translated into English, “disrespected” or ‘dissed’= “I felt like it.”
Come and get them from us law-abiding, non-bald, constantly disrespected white guys.
Please try, Di. Please ...

This wasn’t set up? How did he get top secret clearance with all of his prior issues? Black outs? Right after the vote in CO? And he wasn’t fired, he was set to start work there. This whole things smells.
