I heard on Fox that the bullet that misfired went through his ceiling and in the apt above him. Apparently, he had problems with the lady who lived above him and she was terrified of him. (ahem - accidental?)

2004 - Seattle - shot out tires incident - Alexis said he suffered from “an anger-fueled blackout.” Alexis also said he was “present during the tragic events of 911.”
Father said son “was an active participant in rescue attempts of 911.”
2010 - bullet thru ceiling incident. Neighbor said he had complained several times that she was making too much noise.
