2004 - Seattle - shot out tires incident - Alexis said he suffered from “an anger-fueled blackout.” Alexis also said he was “present during the tragic events of 911.”
Father said son “was an active participant in rescue attempts of 911.”
2010 - bullet thru ceiling incident. Neighbor said he had complained several times that she was making too much noise.
Are they seriously going to blame this on him being witness to 9-11..so now he decides all these years later that he has to shoot up a bunch of navy men to do what,get his aggression out? Such BS..we were ALL traumatized by what happened on 9-11..I didnt go out and shoot a bunch of people because of it
