We used to have a name for them, ppl who would ‘milk’ a job or EO (an account to be billed) for all that they could, we called them “lifers” (as in, they were going to be there at the company for the rest of the life of the company.) These weren’t the ppl BTW who were doing the innovating or solving problems ...
