I am not asking what the city ordinances says, I am asking you personally why the sight of a work vehicle so offends you.
I just don't understand caring if my neighbor just parks his work truck in his driveway. But I can understand it if it is a semi that he keeps running so it shakes all the houses around.
So why does it bother you?
Easy I believe in the law of the land. When someone thinks that they are above it, I dislike their attitude and will report them.
