I’m not sure exactly where this is at but clearly DC is in for some fun. And I love how the trooper salutes them with his horns and siren as they ride by.

Which defeats the purpose. What would have been good would have been for 100,000 bikes to loudly ride up and down the DC Mall area, around the Capitol, around the White House, and then do it again.

Y’know? You’re probably a really nice person, but I don’t understand why you want to bring so much gloom and doom to a thread that is so full of optimism for America and all she stands for.

The tea party rally accomplished exactly nothing. Except enhancing the coffers of the local hotel and restaurant industry.

If these bikers stay on the beltway and a majority of them don’t even go in the city all they’ve done is waste their time and a bunch of money on gas and lodging in the process.

The OLDER faces are the ones who have been through Viet Nam and Desert Storm, and they KNOW what fighting for freedom means in a very real way.

Instead of berating their age, you should praise their patriotism and willingness to continue to fight for America.
