LAKE MARY, Fla. —
Channel 9 has learned police were called Monday to a domestic disturbance involving George Zimmerman and a gun at a home in Lake Mary.
Police were called to the scene on Sprucewood Road about 2:30 p.m. though no other details have been released.
Last week, Zimmerman's wife, Shellie Zimmerman, filed for divorce, weeks after her husband's acquittal in the killing of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

I’m an attorney and I agree with you both. Special treatment under the law based on gender is just a feminist corruption of equal treatment under the law. I’ve seen it play out in court. And of course a “good” lawyer will know how to exploit that bias in the law for the benefit of their client. I’d love to be a fly on the wall to hear those confidential discussions between Shelly and her attorney.

Actually, Fox just reported that Shellie Z has called her attorney to see if she and her father should press charges. Everyone is waiting.
Yep.. one would think after that trial Zimmerman would lay low and be highly meticulous about staying quiet. Yet... there he is... again.
It does indeed make defending him rather challenging.

I am watching the local news right now: WFTV talked to Shellie Zimmerman’s younger brother, D.J. Dena. He said he was not there during the incident but he can say that before the verdict, GZ was the nicest guy he ever knew. He said “I think the guilt and self hate got to him.” GET REAL!!!!
I know more about Zimmerman than I do about Benghazi.

I’m just down the road from Lake Mary ,, Z’s house where the shooting occurred is on the border between Lk. Mary and Sanford...which is why it was repeatedly targeted for burglaries ,, far from the main patrol areas for the Sanford PD and with great highway (getaway) access... The local “bad boys” are the Seminole County Sheriff , they really like to work people over and let their dogs get a taste.
Lake Mary is a upper middle class suburban area ,,, sounds like George needs to take a vacation , forget about the wife and only travel with a friend who carries a gun and a audio recorder 24/7...
He will likely be brought to the local PD station , where they will take his account with his lawyer present (to defuse the situation) and let him go. A week-long Caribbean cruise with an “all you can drink” sticker on his boarding card and a little “strange” may be necessary to fix his attitude...he seems to have too much invested in Shelley.

Frankly, throughout this thing, I never had a really great feeling about the wifey. She appeared disengaged from the situation from the beginning.

WFTV said Shellie has called her atty. They believe Mark O’Mara is on the way. Police are talking to a number of people there trying to get things straight about what is going on.
Probation .Is the wife not on probation?
If so she could be in a world of crap if the claim was un-substantiated and like I mentioned if the gun was in the car all along.

It is the house where police took Zimmerman into custody Monday after an alleged domestic altercation.
So did Shellie lie about living in a trailer in the woods???
“As of right now, (George Zimmerman) has been placed in investigative detention,” Lake Mary police spokesman Zach Hudson said.
The incident comes two months after Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer, was found not guilty of murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida.
Hudson said a gun was found in the Lake Mary home, but he added that it was not a part of the altercation.
