LAKE MARY, Fla. —
Channel 9 has learned police were called Monday to a domestic disturbance involving George Zimmerman and a gun at a home in Lake Mary.
Police were called to the scene on Sprucewood Road about 2:30 p.m. though no other details have been released.
Last week, Zimmerman's wife, Shellie Zimmerman, filed for divorce, weeks after her husband's acquittal in the killing of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

I understand. I was responding to another post in that, GZ dodged a big bullet and he should be laying low, thankful to have his freedom. Instead, it seems he is making some stupid decisions. You can be sure his attorneys are saying the same thing.

I sure don’t buy into sensationalist media. that said, if George was anywhere near his ex or her family right now, he is not thinking clearly.
It’s her father’s house. I would guess that’s where she’s staying for the time being while she tries to cash in on her new-found fame.

In that, we’re agreed. A wise man would be doing everything humanly possible to fly below the radar and start over.
Not sure what to make of his wife...Granted not everyone is wired the same, but her trumpeting his character flaws as justification for divorce on national media isn’t terribly classy.
