Sure. The thing is the ship won’t be the platform used to launch it. A torpedo would have to be transferred to a sub or a ship that has torpedo capable helos. Those ships would already have nukes aboard.

The LST angle indicates it’s carrying stuff meant to be put ashore. Nuclear tipped land based ballistic or cruise missiles? Sure, but land based systems are observable and trackable and therefore not very survivable. Better to keep the nukes in warships and particularly subs.
