If anything, his birth certificate is more US federal than yours by a long shot since it is issued by the US federal government. How’s that for your idiotic “natural law”; his birth certificate is issued by the US government and yours by a county, so your US citizenship is probably two levels (county and State) removed from US citizenship and his is directly issued.
