Test launches are generally well announced in advance. There are maritime warnings to ensure ships aren’t in the target area.
It’s unlikely anyone would attack Syria with ballistic missiles. Generally, ballistic missiles have high yield warheads. That’s like shooting a fly with a Remington 12ga. Cruise missiles have small warheads and destroy the target by exploding directly over it. Nobody’s likely to have the targeting information necessary as any target worth hitting will be well hidden by now.
Every movement of every ship is one nations leader “speaking” to the other....and each is watching carefully what the other is “saying” by these maneuvers.
Watch what they DO not what they say.....it's communication via maneuvers and in Israels case a warning they mean business. The "Hawks" want war....you can hear it in their every breath..and eager to move forward on it.... Kerry and McCain have been begging for this for sometime.....they are worse than an embarrassment...they are outright warmongers!
