Take it from a drummer that kicked the nights away on twin bass drums and had horrible leg cramps in the 70s and 80s Ma: BANANNAS! They are full of potassium and do the trick nicely! I learned the secret from wrestlers who did the figure four leg lock (Rick Flair and Arn Anderson) when we used to follow the Mid-Atlantic wrestling circuit packing the bars after their matches.
And bananas are the only fruit I really like! d:o) I will get some tomorrow. The cramping sneaks up and attacks before I can get standing. ARGHHH!!
