Very soon. Chris just washed my leg and foot, cleaned the wounds and applied new iodine patches and a new dressing. Dang leg has taken a turn for the worse lately. The healing process plateaued a year or so ago and now has headed the other direction again. Got new sores on both sides of my ankle and another on my big toe and the water is leaking like crazy from leg and foot. Even my honey nurse is stumped. No blood flow down there at all. Afraid I soon won’t have a leg to stand on.

Heart breaking. We'll ramp up our prayers and search for cures that have to be out there somewhere.

Please ask your own doctors everyone. I know I'll ask mine and he's brilliant.

Awww hell bro. So sorry to hear about the downturn! Prayers will continue for your healing!!!

One positive thing you have brought into the world: Your experiences have made me take my diabetes Type II a lot more seriously. I'm now getting blood sugar readings in the 90's, sometimes even two hours after meals...

I don't like hearing about your downturn though. I sure hope and pray things reverse back to the positive direction!!!

Anyway, I’ve had a few bouts with related problems, as has mesta. The thing that saved me the last time was silver mesh bandages. But there’s a lot of new stuff out there.

I don't come to the Freepathon thread as I think you workers don't need my butting in, but I just read about Jim's leg. There are tears in my eyes, but I'll fix this as I am the problem solver of the world.

I'm sending $20 to you, Jim, for someone to go to your favorite restaurant (I know you use all my donations for this extravagant restaurant), Olive Garden, to get you a huge amount of “Never Ending Pasta Bowl” with whatever sauce you want, and soup, salad, breadsticks as the starter, and wine, yes, wine, and bring it to you to eat while your crummy leg is propped up. The Olive Garden menu is on the web to see all the sauces for your pasta.

I'd send narcotics for the pain but I'd get arrested.

I will pray for resolution to the leg problem, whatever is best for your health.
