Ginger Slepski was driving through Pittsburgh’s North Side when a group of black teens threw things at her car. She got out and asked them “what is your problem?”
Then they proceeded to beat her senseless, calling her a “white bitch” and other racial slurs. WPXI has the video and the story.
So where is Eric Holder? Where is Jocelyn Samuels (jocelyn.samuels@usdoj. gov), the replacement for Assistant Attorney General Tom Perez who could prosecute this crime under federal civil rights laws?
Remember those? Those are the ones Eric Holder made a point to mention at the NAACP convention in Orlando, blustering that he might prosecute the acquitted George Zimmerman.
Well here’s an easy case, Eric. It won’t be too hard to prove a violation of 18 USC 249 or 18 USC 245 in this context. No outrageous self-defense defenses here.
But like in all the other similar cases you refuse to prosecute, the victim here wasn’t one of “ your people.” Ginger’s parents didn’t endure the sort of garbage that your wife’s parents did down south. So she isn’t entitled to equal protection of the law, right?
Make no mistake, Ginger isn’t the only victim who won’t get justice from Justice just because of her race. Neither will the parents who were beaten at the Wisconsin State Fair. Nor will the parents in Ohio who saw thugs come on their lawn shouting racial slurs before they beat them.
We get it, Eric. You can tell your friends at the Washington Post and New York Times that your Justice Department doesn’t discriminate because of the race of the victim, but we know the truth. We know that you treat some Americans as second-class citizens. And for that, you are more like one of the old segregationists than the crusader for justice you think you are.
If I were driving in that part of town and I got rear ended by one of Holder’s people, I would not get out of the car and exchange drivers licenses and insurance information. I would drive away.
Charged with robbery and.......”ethnic intimidation?”
If she had successfully defended herself with a firearm she would no doubt have been Zimmermaned. Race hustlers Al and Jesse would have denounced her as a monster stalking the streets looking for little black children to kill and eat; NBC would have run pictures of the assailants when they were 5 years old to imply that’s how old they are now, and of course altered any 911 calls to make her appear “racist”; Obama would have said that the assailants could have been Sasha and Malia; she would have been prosecuted regardless of the evidence; etc., etc. We all know the drill.
If the Pittsburgh newspaper had done their job (reporting the news) this young woman would NOT have been beaten senseless because she would have known young black males are dangerous.
Maybe she should sue the newspaper...
When ANYONE attacks your car, you ask them one question, and you phrase it in the form of a speeding car.
And the takeaway lesson? You don’t get out of your car to confront them...you run the scum over.
This is the kind of idiot who climbs into the lion display at the zoo or goes out to pet the grizzlies.
I agree but in this case the four blacks were females, however that paper should have been reporting the womens are dangerous also.

i was passing section 8 housing in phila. obce. two guys (their car hood was up) stepped in front if my car. i acted unafraid and began to roll my window down. one went to my sude. the other to the passenger side. as soon as they cleared the front of my car i pressed the gas peddle to the floor. i never looked back.
They do. ~45 states, including Pennsylvania, have their own "hate crimes" laws, and the animals who committed this crime are being charged under the Pennsylvania hate crimes law (among other charges).
With all due respect to Mr. Adams, he's dead wrong here. This crime was a state crime, not a federal concern, and I don't want Holder's DoJ sticking its nose into Pennsylvania's business. Of course, the same thing is true in the Zimmerman case, and the DoJ ought to stay out of there as well (I happen to think they will, because I think even Holder and his minions realize that they would be laughed out of court if they tried to bring hate crime charges against Zimmerman).
It's not like Holder hides his racism.
The dope has said publically that discrimation laws don't apply in the defense of white people.

Holder doesn’t believe blacks discriminate against whites, or if they do it’s nothing more than payback, the New Black Panther voter intimidation case proves it.

She does bear a little responsibility in terms of not applying common sense. They probably damaged her car in hopes of drawing her out. She took the bait. If you go to the zoo and a chimp throws dung at you, you could walk right up against the cage to scold him, but he’ll probably just rip your face off. Why needlessly place yourself in harm’s way? White people have to understand that groups of blacks present a danger to lone members of other races, whites in particular it seems.
