Yes, not even an adequate passer by any standard...but the objective is to win football games, not to look good doing it. Unfair comparison with Grossman; he's had several years and chances as a starter. Tebow has had only 1/2 of one season.

Tebow is a University of Florida quarterback, as were Kerwin Bell, Rex Grossman, Bob Hewko, Doug Johnson, Eric Kresser, Shane Matthews, Jesse Palmer, John Reaves, Kay Stephenson, Danny Wuerffel, and Steve Spurrier. All are Florida QBs who have played in the NFL in the last 20 years or so. Two of them were Heisman winners. None of them were consistent winners. Tebow won't be the one to break that string.
