It’s a moronic holiday, made even more so by virtue of the fact that we now celebrate Washington’s Birthday and Lincoln’s Birthday in a lump with all other chief executives on “President’s Day.”

I must say that I'm actually quite happy we don't have a separate holiday for Lincoln. I'd be much more inclined to support one for Jefferson.
