They are for a bit more. We take granddaughter to the airport about 7:30...then my TX brother and wife about 10pm.

He has been busy all day doing guy things (before Texas he was a full-time contractor...now part time for his church). He sprayed both lawns for weeds, dug out a recalcitrant raspberry bush, reconnected multiple pieces of a downspout, and changed all the “self-closing” hinges on the kitchen cabinets that have died of old age. He remodeled the kitchen years ago. The best thing is he saw things that needed doing and just did them. He and my Mom have had past issues, but it has been a good visit. He had a really bad time yesterday at the service.

My sister leaves Monday morning. My other brother and his wife are in and out and gone Tuesday when he goes back to the slope for work, and wife back to TN.

It sounds like your TX brother did yeoman work during his stay. It's great to have someone in the family with those skills.

We're in the midst of construction at Castle MacNessa. We're replacing most of the flooring in the entire house and repairing stuff that has been broken - we're apparently tough on a house. :)
