Doctor: Filner may possess sociopathic characteristics
SAN DIEGO – Without knowing the mayor of San Diego personally, a local psychologist can only give her opinion, but believes Bob Filner is showing sociopathic characteristics.
As Filner is expected to enter a behavioral facility for two weeks of treatment many San Diegans continue to call for his resignation. Still, the mayor refuses to resign.
“Shame would’ve driven him to resign immediately,” said La Jolla psychologist Dr. Sage Breslin.“I certainly think his bravado indicates he doesn’t have empathy or compassion.”
She focused on Filner’s apology and called it insincere.
“He was smiling when he said ‘I apologize for any women I offended,’ that word stuck to me. It’s assaulting them,” Breslin said.
Dr. Breslin followed President Bill Clinton’s sex scandal and watched as he chose not to resign.

You can always tell a slime ball by the way that they smile. Whenever I see Obama put on that fake smile I know he’s about to do something evil..he just smiles to lesson the blow but you know it’s coming
Sociopathy is not a certifiable insanity defense
The real problem is that the RATS put up with this guy for years in Congress and then promoted him for Mayor of a really nice city. The guy is a creep..always was and always will be. It is obvious the the leadership of the RATS ignored the input of their most treasured members..women. They told them to shut up and fall in line..or else.
On a scale of 1-10 creepy he’s infinity x infinity.
The poor dear needs therapy! A week, maybe ten days of therapy and he’ll be good to grope! I mean, good to go.
